Financial entities may exchange cyber threat information among themselves, including indicators of compromise, tactics, techniques, and procedures. This information-sharing aims to enhance the digital operational resilience of the participating financial entities.

Article 45.2: Information-Sharing Arrangements
Information-sharing must take place within trusted communities and comply with business confidentiality, data protection (GDPR), and competition policies.
