Released June 2026

Summary

This release introduces a new Compliance Dashboard experience designed to help teams stay on top of important review dates, follow-up actions, and ongoing compliance activities across DORAedge.

Key improvements include centralized task tracking, better visibility into upcoming deadlines and overdue actions, and improved visibility into records that require updates.

What's New

New Compliance Tasks Table

  • Added a new Compliance Tasks table to the Dashboard Health page. This helps users quickly identify records that may require attention based on important dates and review requirements.

  • The Compliance Tasks table supports:

    • Policies

    • Risks

    • Incident Reports

    • ICT Assets

    • Contracts

  • Compliance Tasks are also visible within the relevant records.

    • Date-based tasks appear as a notification banner on the record details page.

    • Policy review tasks appear as an alert in the Policy document drawer.

  • A new Data Issues task category helps identify Contracts that contain archived linked records.

    • Contracts linked to archived records are flagged under the Data Issues category. This includes archived records linked in Relationships, Assessments, Supply Chains, and Signatories.

Improved Tracking & Visibility

  • Compliance Task names and descriptions now provide better context on actions that may be needed.

  • Tasks now clearly indicate whether an item is upcoming or overdue.

  • New filtering options make it easier to focus on specific record types and identify outstanding items quickly.

  • Replaced the Compliance Overview progress bar with a donut chart for a clearer overview of compliance progress.

Automated Reviews

Policies and Risks

  • Completing a review for a Policy or Risk now automatically updates:

    • the Last Review Date, and

    • the Next Review Date for the following review cycle.

  • Record Version History now reflects completed review activity to help maintain an audit trail of record updates.

Incident Reports

  • Completing and submitting an Incident Report now automatically marks the related Compliance Task as complete.

  • Incident Reports saved as Drafts will continue appearing in the Compliance Tasks table until they are fully completed.

ICT Assets & Contracts

  • ICT Assets approaching their Decommissioning Date can now appear as Compliance Tasks to help teams monitor assets nearing end-of-use.

  • Contracts approaching their End Date can also appear as Compliance Tasks to support renewal, updating, or archiving activities.

  • Once the required action is completed, these tasks are automatically removed from the Compliance Tasks table. If a future date is added or updated, the task will reappear when it falls within the relevant tracking period.

Data Issues

  • Data Issues are automatically resolved when the archived record is restored or replaced with an active record in the Contract.
