Summary

Rounding out new record import and export developments, three new, value-added features are included in this release. These should continue to foster and enhance data transparency, collaboration, and auditing of records related to the Register of Information.

Contracts

Export existing Contracts

• All or selected Contract records can be exported into a spreadsheet from the table on the Contracts page

Import bulk updates to existing Contracts

• The exported spreadsheet containing existing Contract record details from the step above can be updated offline and re-imported to update existing and adding new Contract records

• This process follows the same flow as importing the Contract spreadsheet to add new Contract records, and

• The Review step in the flow shows which fields will be changed to what new value

Network Data

Export Network records (Entities, Branches, Function, Providers, ICT Assets, and Contracts)

• It's now possible to export all ICT Network records

  • All or selected records can be exported from the new Data page (under the Network section)

  • Export options can be toggled on and off to set specific preferences

    • Archived records can be included

    • Contract Drafts can be included

    • Contract exports can include basic details or complete record information

  • All exported records will include system data (e.g., Date of Record Creation and Record Creator)

• An Export History table will show a log of all record exports generated
